• Prime the skin with Perfection Primer
• Apply your chosen shade of Chroma Cover Soft Matte Foundation to the face with the New Best Blend
• Combine Chroma Cover Matte Foundation with your perfect shade of Chroma Conceal Liquid Concealer for the perfect flawless base
• Blend until your desired coverage is achieved
