Refund policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- With their original seal intact
- In the same condition as when originally purchased from Beauty Closet
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
Please note:
- Postage charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at your own expense
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair as required by law.
