We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure a pre order product. 

All deposits are non-refundable. 

 

REFUNDS

If you are unhappy or change your mind about your order/ purchase, you may exchange it within 7 days of purchase.

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Beauty Closet store. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us.

Postage charges will not be refunded or credited, and you will need to post back at your own expense.

 

DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are checked thoroughly before dispatch.

If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email Beauty Closet within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) including a photograph of the item to beautycloset@beautycloset.com.au .  

 

Please note we will require you to present the original packaging and item at an Australia Post office. If you are Sydney collection can be arranged. 

After 48 hours, your item will fall within the returns policy described above. 

Once we receive your return/exchange request I will agree to exchange or refund the order and will provide instructions to return the item.

Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned as they were received; unused and in reasonable packaging.

Assuming that our Return Policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of us receiving them.

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

Orders are processed within 24hours, with exception to those placed on the weekend which will be processed on Mondays.

All orders are posted standard post by Australia Post and delivery is expected in 3-5 working days. 

Express Shipping is available and expected to arrive within 1 - 3 working days. During COVID please expect delays with delivery.

GIFT CARDS

  • Beauty Closet eGift Cards (eGift Cards) are available for amounts between $10 and $1000.
  • Please treat eGift Cards like cash. Lost or stolen eGift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • eGift Cards can be redeemed for purchases at Beauty Closet Online
  • eGift Cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment.
  • eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, and no change will be given.
  • eGift Cards expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

Merchants will be able to initiate all eligible refunds on your behalf. Once completed, your refund will be applied to your order.

Afterpay is available as an online payment method and requires login credentials for authorisation. Our team members or merchants are unable to place an order on your behalf.
