Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through www.beautycloset.com.au. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By shopping with us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment must be received in full before your order will be processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
3. Out of Stock Items
Products marked as “Out of Stock” cannot be purchased. Our system will not allow checkout on unavailable items.
4. Prices
- All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
- All prices include GST
- Discounts, offers, and promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends/public holidays).
- Standard Post: 3–5 business days (via Australia Post)
- Express Post: 1–3 business days
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Beauty Closet is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
6. Risk & Ownership
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, risk and ownership pass to the customer. Beauty Closet is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- With their original seal intact
- In the same condition as when originally purchased
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
Please note:
- Postage charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at your own expense
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair as required by law.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- All items are checked thoroughly before dispatch.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email hello@beautycloset.com.au within 48 hours of receipt with your order number, description of the issue, and a photo.
- Items must be returned unused and in appropriate packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days once we receive and inspect the return.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
10. Gift Cards
- Beauty Closet eGift Cards are available from $10–$1000.
- Treat eGift Cards like cash - lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
- Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Not redeemable for cash or credit.
11. Afterpay
Afterpay allows you to purchase now and pay later in 4 interest-free instalments. By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you agree to Afterpay’s terms and conditions available at www.afterpay.com/terms.
